Previously a Partner at Apax Partners and Head of Corporate Development at a FTSE 100 technology business, Alexander brings 18 years of experience spanning private equity, M&A, and venture investing across Europe and North America.

Victoria leads Malanta's digital health and enterprise SaaS investment practice. With a background spanning clinical operations, healthcare policy, and technology investing, she brings unique multi-disciplinary perspective to complex healthcare technology investments. Prior to Malanta, Victoria was a Principal at Sofinnova Partners and a strategy director at a major London NHS Trust.

Rahul focuses on fintech, trade infrastructure, and emerging market technology investments. He brings deep knowledge of cross-border financial systems and regulatory frameworks across South Asia, the Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa. Before joining Malanta, Rahul spent seven years at a leading payments infrastructure company where he led international expansion across 14 markets.

Sofia drives deal origination and portfolio development for Malanta's climate technology and smart infrastructure thesis. A former product leader at a Series C mobility startup and an advisor to the European Climate Investment Initiative, she combines technical depth with a rigorous commercial perspective on the energy transition opportunity.

James is responsible for post-investment portfolio support, connecting Malanta's companies with the operational resources, executive talent, and strategic introductions needed to scale efficiently. He previously served as COO of a Series B fintech company and held senior operations roles at McKinsey & Company's private equity practice.
